Meals on Wheels

We deliver meals to seniors once a month.

Plants for Polio

We sell flowers and plants to raise money for Polio Plus each year.

Scholarships

We provide scholarships to seven local high school seniors and a teacher in training at Capital University.

Youth Exchange

We support in-bound and out-bound student youth exchanges ranging from one month to one year.

4-Way Test Speech Contest

Each year, we sponsor a contestant from a local high school whose speeches reflect Rotary’s Four Way Test. The winning contestant competes at the annual district conference.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

RYLA is a leadership development program run by Rotary. While participants can be any age, most events focus on secondary school students, university students, and young professionals. RYLA events are typically 3 to 10 days long and include presentations, activities, and workshops that cover a variety of topics, including leadership fundamentals and ethics; communication skills; problem solving and conflict management; and community and global citizenship.

Rotaract

We sponsor a Rotaract club at Capital University. The goal of Rotaract is to engage young men, and women between the ages of 18 to 30 in service, leadership, and fellowship opportunities.

DICTIONARY PROJECT

We distribute dictionaries to all third grade students  Whitehall, Bexley, and schools on Columbus’ east side.

Pancake Breakfast

With this annual event, we raise funds for operations, donations, and scholarships.

Community Clean Up

We participate in the cleaning of local parks and neighborhoods.

Bexley Parade  

We participate in 4th of July parade to show community support.

International Water Projects

We give financial support for Rotary International projects that provide safe drinking water in developing countries.

Group Study Exchange Team

We host a group of visitors from another country.

Meals for Kids

We provide funding to supply meals to local needy children when school is out.
